Since its founding in 2010, 13|37 has quickly made its mark on the Swedish developer scene and established itself as a force to be reckoned with. By way of active blogging, sponsoring, supporting and hosting meet-ups and user-groups, arranging developer conferences such as Leetspeak and events like Leethack and Kidspeak, 13|37 has taken knowledge sharing to the next level.
As a rapidly growing knowledge company, with offices in Stockholm, Lund, Helsingborg and Borlänge, we need to expand our amazing team even more. 13|37 is best described as a flat organization, where you are in control of your own personal development.
By now you probably understand that knowledge sharing is key to us. This is why we want to grow our knowledge base and the best way of doing that is by growing with the right people. Which in this case means that we are looking for individuals who can help us grow in new and exciting ways.
What will you do?
You will work in close collaboration with our entire sales organisation. Culture is everything to us, besides from being a part of it every day, you will also need to understand it. It is pre-sales responsibility to balance the sale and the delivery, guaranteeing that we understand the clients challenges, and craft unique tailored solutions. This is how we differentiate ourselves in the market, and pre-sales is in the front line representing everything that 13|37 stands for.
You will also need to:
- Support each and every one of our business developers in complex dialogs
- Craft software solution proposals tailored to our clients unique needs
- Know and understand the consultants of 13|37
- Drive pre-project activities, such as analysis, and scope estimation
- Think more "we" than "Me, Myself and I"
- Have a deep understanding, and the ability to articulate business value
- Be comfortable with End-to-end responsibility for the entire sales process; including contract drafting and negotiation
- Be excellent in writing software solution proposals in English as well as Swedish
Who are you?
To work with Pre-Sales at 13|37 you are a person driven by; analysing digital opportunities, challenging the “how”, and crafting unique journeys with long term partnerships in mind. You have a background in Software development, but have been working in business or technical sales for at least as long. You have a strong moral compass and an aspiration to identify a win-win. You are comfortable understanding value streams and how digital transformation brings value regardless if it’s a charity, private, or public domain. You enjoy and excel at crafting professional solution proposals in English and Swedish.
