My passion is working with bright people to create development and growth. This may be for our clients, our ninjas, or tretton37 itself, as long as it makes the world a better place.
Starting off from coding side border scrolls on the Commodore 64, I developed through an engineering degree towards building companies rather than code. I built companies in high-performance computing in Silicon Valley - running massively parallel code long before multi-core - as well as in digitization of healthcare in Sweden - a need and market bigger than any other.
I find a lot of energy in being an active musician, playing Villapop (google it!). From a leadership perspective music is a useful analogy: a jazz band is quite different from a symphony orchestra. Building software is much like playing music.
