CoderDojo

Get started with programming

Not only is the 8th of March International Womens Day, it's also when tretton37 will be hosting CoderDojo for girls between 7-17 years to get started with programming. The aim with CoderDojo is to ensure that young people are given opportunities to get involved in computer programming in a fun and relaxed way. By making this edition for girls, it aims to change the perception that coding is something traditionally seen as quite male dominated. CoderDojo aim to spread the word that programming is fun, creative and accessible to all.

tretton37's mentors will be on hand to offer support, advice and suggestions to offer help with ideas and projects, and also to help out with ideas coming from the girls themselves. Interested, or know somebody who might by?
